NASB reserves the right to refuse Affiliate Membership to any person or business in direct competition with any NASB service, program, or for any reason as determined by the Association.

Affiliate Membership Program Terms and Conditions: These terms and conditions are an agreement between NASB and you. By agreeing to an Affiliate Membership, you agree to pay the membership fee based on the Membership Level you select above within 30 days of receiving an invoice, and NASB agrees to provide you with the membership benefits, at the Membership Level you select above, as listed on the Program Information. You are providing NASB a non-exclusive, non-transferable license and permission to use and display your business information, trademarks and/or logos for promotional purposes at or in conjunction with the Affiliate Membership Program. This extends for NASB to use the business information, trademarks and/or logos in NASB presentation materials, the monthly Board Notes newsletter, the annual NASB Membership Guide, and on the NASB website based on the Membership Level you select above. This Agreement shall be in effect from January 1 through December 31 of the Membership Year.

By acceptance “I Accept”, you are agreeing to the above Terms and Conditions of the Affiliate Membership Program, and certify that you are authorized to enter this contract.
